A few weeks ago i have seen the most beautiful sailor jumper ever, when i visited Miss Rayne´s Blog Vintage Chic , another of my favourite Vintage Blogs;).
Isn´t it fabulous?
Well after i showed it to my mum, who is a really talented Knitter, she decided to made this nautical romance true for me ;) Did i mentioned that i have the best mum you could imagine?
So here comes Sailorette me ;)

I made that skirt already last year and it is one of the rare pieces i really wear a lot because it looks good with any shirt or blouse i think.

I am swooning over this whole ensemble Mary Lou! Nautical fashion is my favorite - though I don't nearly have enough of it. Es...es...es... :O es el mejor outfit que te visto desde que sigo tu blog! Tu madre está hecha una artista igual que tú ;) Y esa falda es preciosa! De rara nada eh, que yo he visto cosas peores por ahí XD. Además llevo mucho tiempo queriendo comprarme unos zapatos como los que llevas ahí, pero no los encuentro por mi ciudad :( me va a tocar ir a Salamanca o Madrid.

That jumper is too cute! The whole outfit is really cute. You look ready to go sailing on a yacht. I have a few vintage patterns I'd like to knit but need to alter the pattern to fit me. I don't have a 34" bust.

There is something so irresistible about sailor style! Honestly, I hate navy and would choose black over it any day. But when it's in a sailor-inspired outfit, I'm all over it. You look completely adorable in this nautical look. The fascinator is so ridiculously cute I can hardly contain myself.
